Controller and contact

AM Scheune GmbH, Blücherstraße 26, 55422 Bacharach, Germany. For questions about your personal data, use our contact form or call +371 29264154.

Your enquiry

When you contact us, we store your name, email address, selected business area, message, language and receipt time. Your company name is optional. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and send a notification to the responsible company mailbox.

Processing is based on steps prior to entering a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries under Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We do not use these details for marketing messages. Enquiries are deleted when no longer needed, subject to applicable statutory retention requirements.

Technical operation

Technical connection data is processed to operate and secure the website. A session cookie protects the contact form from misuse and displays confirmation after submission. The website does not include advertising or analytics tools. Photographs, fonts and icons are served locally.

Interactive Mapbox maps

When a map section approaches the visible screen, the enabled map feature requests map and route data from Mapbox. Mapbox receives your IP address and technical browser data. The contact map looks up our public business address. We do not request your device location. Maps show our location and illustrative transport connections.

For information about Mapbox, Inc. and its data processing, see the Mapbox privacy policy. This integration may involve transfers to the United States.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Contact AM Scheune GmbH to exercise your rights.
