As a real example of this activity, the company is currently involved as Bauherr in an approved redevelopment project in Bacharach concerning the conversion and renovation of a former historic tannery building (Umnutzung und Sanierung eines ehemaligen Gerbhauses) at Blücherstraße 25.
Historic façades, narrow streets and the Rhine shape the character of Bacharach. In this setting, we combine respect for existing buildings with clear project coordination.
